Medical Emergency
Mar. 5-A caller from East lot reported a student slipped and fell on ice and might have sprained or broken an ankle. BEMCo transported the student to the Newton Wellesley Hospital for urgent care.
Mar. 8-There was a report of a male individual at Epstein who was choking. He was transported to the Newton Wellesley Hospital for further care.
Mar. 8-An individual in Shiffman reported a male student who was suffering from stomach pains. BEMCo responded and transported the individual to the Newton Wellesley Hospital for further care.
Mar. 9-There was a report of an individual in Ziv Quad with stomach pains. BEMCo responded and transported the individual to the Newton Wellesley Hospital for further care.
Mar. 10-A caller in Castle Quad reported a past wrist injury and asked for medical assistance. BEMCo transported the person to the hospital for further care.
Mar. 10-There was a report of a female in the Village who was suffering numbness in her leg. BEMCo responded and transported the individual to the Newton Wellesley Hospital for further care.
Mar. 11-A caller from North Quad reported an intoxicated male student. He was transported to the Newton Wellesley Hospital for further care.
Larceny/Theft
Mar. 6-Members of Brandeis Television reported one of their cameras was stolen from the Shapiro Campus Center.
Mar. 6-A motor vehicle in the Theater Lot was blocked in its parking space and damaged. University Police filed a report.
Mar. 8-An individual reported that someone broke through the window of her car in the Charles River Lot and stole her GPS system.
Harassment
Mar. 8-A staff member from the Heller School reported receiving a harassing e-mail.
Mar. 9-An individual reported a past assault and battery. University police filed a report, and an investigation will follow.
Mar. 10-There was a report that the University President's office received a hate e-mail. University Police compiled a report, and an investigation will follow.
Miscellaneous
Mar. 6-The Physics Department reported that it received unusual mail from Greece.
Mar. 10-There was a report that an individual in the Usdan Student Center Lobby seemed to be making odd statements on a phone and looked confused. University police checked the area, but everything appeared fine.
Disturbance
Mar. 7-A student from Charles River Apartments complained about noises coming from another room. When the police arrived, the noise had subsided.
