A University committee selected Jonathan Krisch '07 Monday over four other senior speaker finalists to deliver the address at the 56th commencement ceremony.
Krisch said his speech will focus on ethical dialogue-on what it is and how to maintain it. He added that he will reflect on how students, faculty and administrators could have employed a more effective strategy in discussing the administration's removal of a student exhibit of Palestinian artwork, the University's partnership with Al-Quds University and visits by former President Jimmy Carter and Alan Dershowitz.
"It's quite an honor, and I really appreciate the class' support," Kirsch said.
