The News article "Princeton prof wins $25,000 prize" incorrectly stated that the late professor Joseph Gittler taught at Brandeis, but he did not (Oct. 7, p. 5).
The Features article "The unanswerable question" stated that Alex Flyax Ph.D. '13 said the world is a "joke" without the concept of a first cause. Flyax actually said the world is like a joke in which a woman argues that the Earth is standing on turtles. The article stated that Flyax said the individual option to act according to moral standards is not enough to sustain the well-being of society in general, but he did not say this. (Oct. 28, p. 11).
Justice staff writer Ruth Orbach '11 is featured in the photograph that accompanies the Sports article "Judges shut out Bowdoin at home (Oct. 28, p. 17).
Adina Paretzky's '12 name is incorrectly spelled in the photograph that accompanies the Arts article "Feinstein provides a personal performance," and Samantha Shokin's '12 name is spelled incorrectly in the byline for that article. Daniel Harris Levine is a University staff member but not a graduate student (Oct. 28, p. 24).
Marianna Faynshteyn '10 wrote the Arts article "'Glossary' explores the art of idling," not Emily Leifer '11 (Oct. 28, p. 27).
